Penrith’s Beacon by Wayne Deklerk

Penrith Futures wants your feedback – let them know what you want to see in the town by filling in the form below.

The group has created a report – read it here – but needs your input to create a blueprint that will help Penrith survive and thrive.

What we would like you to do is give us your views and feedback on each of the areas below.

As you will see there is no question set – we would just like your honest opinion on what needs to be done to make Penrith a vibrant place to work, rest and play.

Views sought on such areas as a town market, the night time economy, town centre residential development, independent retail offerings, pop up shops etc
Views sought on such areas as outside spaces, arts and culture venues, events, performing art, facilities for young people etc
Views sought of such areas Castle Park, the Beacon, traffic calming/pedestrian priority areas, more town centre green spaces etc
Views sought on such areas as walking and cycling routes, greater access to town centre health facilities, community meeting hubs, improved sports and recreational facilities, disabled/mobility issues etc

The Cumberland & Westmorland Herald is working with Penrith Futures Partnerships to host this feedback form. All feedback will be used by Penrith Futures Partnerships to compile a document covering all the feedback to be used to help/inform/influence the local authorities, community groups, businesses, voluntary and statutory agencies, schools, residents associations, and other third sector groups.

Feedback will be anonymous and Penrith Futures will use your name only with your permission. We will not store your personal data.
