A lane has been closed on the A66 due to two overturned lorries.
The lane is shut between Stainmore and Bowes.
The stretch of carriageway is also closed to high-sided vehicles.
One lorry has overturned three miles east of Bowes and the other near Stainmore Cafe.
Strong winds are affecting drivers in the area.
