Police have closed a section of Kirkby Stephen’s main road.
The force posted on Facebook: “The road has had to be closed at the A685/B6259 junction.” It is not specified which junction.
The road is expected to be closed until at least 1.45pm and officers are asking drivers to avoid the area and find an alternative route.
It is not known why the road is closed.
