Voting has opened in the Penrith West by-election for a seat on Eden District Council.
Six candidates are in the race for election, with polling stations open from 7am to 10pm.
Results will be announced tomorrow.
In the running are:
- Roger Burgin (Liberal Democrats)
- Jonathan Davies (Putting Cumbria First)
- Dave Knaggs (Labour)
- Dale Andrew Normington (Conservative)
- Richard Kevin O’Brien (Green Party)
- Jeff Thomson (Independent)
