Two shoplifters have been arrested after allegedly stealing alcohol worth more than £2,000 from Booths in the last few months.
On Saturday afternoon Eden Police, with the support of security staff at the store, arrested two shoplifters at the Penrith supermarket.
After they were interviewed by officers they were released pending further enquiries.
