A man was racially abused in a Penrith restaurant.
Police are investigating the hate-related public order incident, which happened in a restaurant on Middlegate on August 1, between 9.30pm and 10pm.
The incident was reported involved two men. One man is reported to have been racially, verbally abusive to the other man and made threats of violence.
Police are appealing for members of the public who witnessed the incident to contact police.
