A flagpole in Alston has been damaged in the early hours by a teen.
Police are investigating the incident, which happened on Front Street between 12.15am and 12.30am yesterday, Saturday March 12.
Police have received information on a potential suspect, described as being a white male, aged approximately 13 or 14, of large build and approximately 5ft 6 inches tall. The suspect was wearing a black hoodie, black joggers and a dark-coloured trainers.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have information or witnessed this incident.
