Two young men have been arrested after several reports of shoplifting in Penrith.
Eden Police said officers responded to reports from local stores, which said there were numerous thefts happening yesterday, Thursday October 3, by a small group.
Traders were using the Shopwatch system to report the incidents directly to police over radios.
Eden Police said the men were arrested for theft and one for being in possession of an illegally controlled drug.
Investigations are ongoing.
