1. The closing date to return surveys for inclusion in the draw is midnight on 23rd July.

2. The winner will be chosen at random from all surveys returned. The judges’ decision is final.

3. There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is not transferable.

4. The winner will be notified by telephone within seven days of the closing date.

5. The winner will be announced across the Cumberland & Westmorland Herald’s platforms.
