A group of youths, who rode their bikes through a Penrith supermarket and set off the fire alarm last night cannot return to the area for 48 hours.
Anti-social behaviour at Sainsbury’s has prompted the move.
Eden police said: “Numerous youths have been dispersed for riding their bikes through the store and setting the fire alarm off.
“Inspectors have authorised a Section 35 dispersal notice.

The notice means police can ask people to leave, and not return to a specific location for up to 48 hours.
This follows a recent crackdown on anti-social behaviour in Penrith since the New Year, prompted by residents’ concerns.
