Police are investigating after two youngsters grabbed money from the hand of another person in Penrith.
The incident happened at 2pm on January 24 on Folly Lane.
The youths are described as slim and 5ft 5in. Both were wearing black joggers, one was wearing a blue and grey hoodie with the hood up, and the other was wearing a black hoodie with the hood up.
The victim was not injured during the incident.
