A bespoke health and yoga studio has joined the run of unique boutiques and artisans in Penrith’s Devonshire shopping arcade.
Jane Amelia Terrett’s studio will offer appointment only hatha yoga sessions as well as a host of skin, body, and other health products from carefully selected brands.
Jane has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years, spending a short time abroad and across the UK, but mainly based working with some big brands in London.
Six years ago, she started her next chapter and moved to Penrith where she has grown her other passion for yoga and in her own words, put down more roots. “Yoga is the next stage of my life”, said Jane when discussing her new venture.
She hopes to provide a more bespoke hatha yoga experience for her already existing clients, while using this to attract new ones.
“I like the personal touch and giving back old-fashioned customer service.”
Jane has carefully sourced her shop’s beauty products from some international brands, however, she is keen to support her community by supplying local products as well.
“I love being able to stock Cumbrian and local and international brands. It’s great when you have visiting tourists who maybe fancy a stretch with yoga or trying new brands.”
Jane’s Bespoke Health and Yoga Studio is now open Tuesday to Saturday 8-15am to 4-45pm, and on Mondays by appointment only.
The studio specialises in one-on-one hatha yoga sessions, but also takes group sessions for up to three people.
Clients can make an appointment with Jane by phone, email or simply popping by the studio, number 32 in the Devonshire Arcade.
