Free lunches are being provided for people who need them in Kirkby Stephen this week.
Conrad Lynch, of Kirkby Stephen Community Support, said: “We are delighted to be working with Westmorland Family, The Black Swan, Old Croft House and Swanson House to offer free lunches for all our community during the half-term week.
“We are offering tasty lamb and vegetable pies made by Westmorland, with creamy mash and garden peas – vegetarian option available on request – on Wednesday, February 17 and Friday, February 29, between 12.30pm and 1.30pm.”
Meals can be collected from The Black Swan in Ravenstonedale, Old Croft House bed and breakfast, in Kirkby Stephen, and Swanson House in Brough.
Deliveries can also be arranged for those unable to collect.
