CANTRELL. — Marguerite Viola. Peacefully, at Winter’s Park Care Home, on Saturday, 25th February, 2023, with close family by her side, dearly beloved mother of Andrew and Elaine, her five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Aged 96 years. Private funeral service and cremation. If desired, donations in memory of Marguerite for the Smile Train charity who support cleft surgery worldwide. FLETCHER (formerly Stannard). — Peacefully, at The Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle, on Friday, 24th February, with her family by her side. Elizabeth Margaret (Liz) of Hunsonby and Winskill, dearly loved wife of Garfield, much loved mam of Hannah and Kate, devoted grannie of Georgia and Megan, dear sister of David and loved by her husband’s sons and grandchildren. Aged 67 years. Funeral service and interment at St Michael & All Angels Church, Addingham, on Friday, 10th March, at 1-30pm. Family flowers only but, if desired, donations in memory of Liz may be made to Macmillan Cancer Support, and can be left at the service, made online at www.walkersfunerals.co.uk or sent c/o Walker’s Funeral Directors, Tynefield House, Penrith, CA11 8HY.

STONE. — We are sad to announce the passing of Margaret, on Saturday, 25th February, at the age of 96 years, she was much loved by so many people. Service and interment at St. Cuthbert’s Church, Edenhall, on Monday, 27th March, at 11-30am. Family flowers only but, if desired, donations in memory of Margaret which will be divided between St. Cuthbert’s Church (Edenhall PCC) and Patterdale Mountain Rescue Association Ltd may be made at the service, or sent c/o Richardsons Funeral Directors, Victoria Road, Penrith, CA11 8HR.

WILSON. — Jaqui, of Great Strickland, Penrith, suddenly passed away, at home, on Friday, 24th February, dearly loved wife of Gordon, much loved mum of Alistair and Dean, a devoted nanny of Phoebe and Frankie, loving sister of Angela and the late Robert and Angela’s family, a dear daughter-in-law, sister-inlaw, aunt and a good friend to many. Aged 60 years. Funeral service will be held at Eden Valley Crematorium, on Thursday, 16th March, at 2pm. Family flowers only but, if desired, donations in memory of Jaqui may be made to Epilepsy Research UK and can be left at the service, made online at www.walkersfunerals.co.uk or sent c/o Walker’s Funeral Directors, Tynefield House, Penrith, CA11 8HY.
