A respected police officer who has spent nearly 20 years serving the people of Eden has retired.
PC Nigel Hamblin has been honoured by his colleagues following a career spanning two decades.
Eden police said: It’s a sad day for our team, as it’s the last day for PC 1728 Nigel Hamblin before he retires with 19 years’ service.
“Nigel’s entire service has been spent in Eden and he will be a real loss. Happy retirement Nigel and thanks for your service.”
