A Strictly Come Dancing judge was left speechless by Helen Skelton’s turn on the dancefloor in the show’s Blackpool special.
It is a key moment in the series – and dancers pull out all the stops for their performance.
Performing the quickstep to Valerie by Mark Ronson featuring Amy Winehouse, Helen, 39, rocked a punk vibe, with a quiff and slicked back hair and dance partner Gorka Marquez was looking smooth in a leather jacket.
For the first time, they also had backing dancers.
Following their dance, judges Shirley Ballas and Motsi Mabuse, plus the audience, gave them a standing ovation.
The Countryfile presenter’s improvements on the dancefloor wowed the judges, with Shirley saying how impressed she was with Helen and she had been left speechless.
Anton DuBeke praised Helen for taking on board the judges’ comments last week, when they said she needed to work on her head moves during the dances and said she was amazing.
The pair were awarded perfect 10s from Motsi, Anton and Shirley, while the hard-to-please Craig Revel Horwood scored them a nine – 39 is their highest mark in the series.
They are second on the leaderboard -with Fleur and Vito scoring a perfect 40.
