PENRITH’S Brunswick Road and Middlegate have now re-opened to traffic.
Essential gas works on these roads have now been completed.
Some work still needs to be carried out on Brunswick Road and Duke Street, including on the flower bed and a small section of parking bays in Middlegate, however this has not affected the reopening of the roads.
Phase two of the works, which will see the closure of Devonshire Street is due to start on Wednesday, 24 January (tomorrow) at 8am.
