
A 31-year-old from Penrith has been charged with drink-driving following a road traffic collision in the town.
Police were called to Norfolk Road at 5.30pm yesterday, Monday, October 2.
The driver of the offending vehicle was arrested for allegedly driving a motor vehicle with alcohol above the legal limit in his system and using a motor vehicle on a road without third party insurance.
He is to appear at North and West Magistrates Court on October 20.
