Police have issued a description of the man they are looking for in connection with an incident at Penrith’s Folly Lane yesterday.
They have described hin as a “stocky white man in his 40s”.
“He was wearing blue trousers and a blue top with a white collar and carrying a parcel with him which did not belong to the occupant,” said a spokesman for police.
An investigation is continuing into an incident of burglary which occurred at an address on Folly Lane, Penrith, at around 12-30pm yesterday.
“A man has entered the property via the front door and has gone upstairs where he has been found by the occupant and has later made off from the residential property. Nothing was taken,” the spokesman added.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident, they would also like to remind residents to ensure they keep their properties secure by ensuring all doors and windows are locked.
