The body of a man has been found in the area of Watermillock, near Penrith.
A spokeswoman for police said they were called on 26th August at around 8-30pm to the report of a concern for welfare.
“Following a search, a man, in his 70s, from North Yorkshire, was located in the area of Watermillock, Penrith, and was pronounced deceased,” the spokeswoman said.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
