After missing the final meetings of 2019/2020 season and, of course, all of 2020/2021, Dick (mostly) and I have been working on a programme starting in September when we will be having a special outdoor event at Scalehouses in my barn.
Dr Martin Johns will give a talk on “British Cavalry Sabres through the ages” with demonstrations of technique and the opportunity to try them yourself! We will substitute hay bales for the enemy of your choice, of course.
This will be a free event.
Please bring your own chair as seating will be limited.
Members old and new are all welcome and details of the date and time will be in the September Raven.
