An Eden pub has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
The Black Bull Hotel, on Market Street in Kirkby Stephen was given the score after assessment on March 25, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
It means that of Eden’s 118 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 92 (78 per cent) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
