Four people have been arrested after a serious assault in Penrith which was believed to have been filmed and shared among youngsters.
The attack happened on Tuesday at around 9.30pm on Folly Lane, near the Scout hut.
It is thought the assault was video recorded and shared among groups of young people in Penrith.
Police are asking if anyone has relevant information or has been sent a copy of the video to get in touch with them.
The four people arrested are currently on police bail and the victim’s injuries were not thought to be life changing.
Officers are appealing for anyone who may have seen the assault or have any information that may help them.
