A former Eden garden centre will be auctioned with a guide price of £600,000.
The former Hazel Dene Garden Centre in Culgaith has full planning permission for the creation of eight four-bedroom homes, one three-bedroom home and four two-bedroom homes, as well as a café and convenience store.
It has a guide price of £600,000 plus fees.
It will be sold in an SDL Auctions National Property auction on November 25.
