Three fire crews tackled a house blaze in Appleby.
Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service was called at around 7.30am yesterday, April 5, to Barrowmoor Road.
The fire involved the downstairs of a home. Fire crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for about an hour-and-a-half.
