A Cumbria Waste wagon got stuck under a bridge near the Sandford road ends this afternoon.
It blocked the road just before 4pm today, Monday September 2.
Witnesses at the scene reported that nobody appeared to have been hurt in the incident, although the bridge was slightly damaged and the lorry was firmly wedged underneath it.
