Appleby’s new Co-op store is set to open tomorrow.
The new 3,800sq ft convenience store has created 20 job and reopens following a £936,000 investment and has relocated to The Sands.
It will run on 100 per cent renewable electricity, and includes car parking for customers, a bakery, hot food and a Costa Express.
Ian Peacock, Co-op store manager, said: “We’re really excited to launch the new Co-op store. The store has a fantastic new look, increased range and customer car parking – we are very much looking forward to serving the local community.
