Two people were taken to hospital following a serious collision on the A6.
Emergency services were called at around 3.35pm yesterday, January 27, to the incident, which involved two cars, between Carleton to High Hesket.
A man was taken to Carlisle’s Cumberland Infirmary with serious injuries and a woman was also taken there for treatment, believed to have suffered minor injuries
