A delivery driver was caught be police in Penrith using a mobile phone – despite having Bluetooth set up in his van.
Eden Police said: “From his records, it appeared the phone call was at least 10 minutes long. Utilise your technology or pull over somewhere safe.”
The incident took place on Monday.
He was given a £200 fine and had six penalty points added to his licence.
