Patterdale Dog Day and Sheep Show has been cancelled.
Due to take place on Saturday, August 24, the event is centred around an open sheep dog trials competition, plus other attractions and shows.
Organisers have been forced to cancel the event due to the extreme weather the county has experienced over the last couple of days.
Yesterday, they were hoping to still go ahead, with limited parking, but have been forced to pull the plug.
