Police are investigating a robbery that occurred on January 19, behind Bluebell Lane, Penrith.
It was reported that the incident occurred between 6:30pm and 7:10pm.
Two men have approached another man and have begun to assault him. His phone was taken in the process.
Officers are keen to speak to two men described as white, in their early 20s, around 5ft 8in tall and of slim build.
One of the men was reported to be wearing a black jacket with pockets on the front and arm, dark coloured trousers and a woolly hat.
The other man was seen wearing a black jacket with silver writing on the left chest area, a yellow coloured face covering and light green coloured trousers.
We would also be keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone who was seen in the area at the time of incident.
