PE teacher Jenny Flintoft married farmer Peter Timperon at St Mary’s Church, High Hesket, followed by a reception at the Roundthorn Hotel, Penrith.
The couple, who live at Barrock Gill Farm, Low Hesket, met six years ago on a night out in Carlisle.
There was a country theme to the wedding, for which Jenny wore a dress from WED2B.
Her hair was by Claire’s Hair Lounge and make-up by Susy Pattinson.
Best man was James Hardy, groomsmen were Andrew Timperon, the groom’s brother, and Robert Flintoft, the bride’s brother. Page boy was the couple’s one-year-old son William Timperon.
Bridesmaids were Janet Mitchel, the bride’s sister and friends Joanna Bell and Megan Richardson. Flower girls were the bride and groom’s two daughters, four-year-old Harriet and Pippa, aged three.
Flowers were by Roseberry Flowers and the wedding cake was made by the bride’s mother.
Jenny and Peter’s first dance was to Running Home to You, by Grant Gustin.
Jenny is the daughter of Raymond and Sally Flintoft, Sourhope Farm, Kelso, and Peter is the son of John and Dorothy Timperon, Barrock Side Farm, Low Hesket
