A 67-year-old man has been charged with drug offence.
The charges follow a quantity of cannabis located at a property in Calthwaite on the 20th July 2020, Cumbria police said.
David Allen, of Calthwaite, Penrith, was charged with producing controlled drug of class B – cannabis and concealing criminal property.
He appeared before North and West Magistrates Court this morning and was remanded in custody to appear at Crown Court on January 4.
