Business has been booming since a new takeaway venture was launched in Appleby late last year.
Sezzer’s Kitchen was developed by Sarah Coates, who provides delicious home-made food including pies, giant Yorkshire pudding wraps, all day breakfasts, cakes and sandwiches.
Sarah also produces street food, such as Korean, Chinese, Indian, alongside traditional English fare.
She describes these as “something different”, but at a reasonable price. The business is supported by traders on the local industrial estate and in the town.
Sarah, aged 41, has lived in Appleby for over 20 years. She previously worked at Appleby Hub as second chef but decided it was time to start on a new adventure of her own before launching the business.
