Police are continuing to investigate after a rock was thrown through a car’s back window in Penrith last week.
A man was seen to throw the rock through the back windscreen of a silver BMW that was parked and unoccupied at Great Dockray just before 10am.
Officers are keen to speak to a man described as skinny, wearing dark clothing, a Puffa-style jacket and one blue glove, who was seen in the area at the time of incident.
