Police arrested a 32-year-old man following alleged driving offences in Appleby – and then towed away the car he was driving.
Eden Police said they arrested the man on Monday morning after he drove a vehicle in Appleby with no driving licence and no insurance.
The vehicle was subsequently seized and uplifted and the driver was charged to attend court.
