Appleby – where is the most expensive street in this town?

New figures have been released revealing the most expensive streets in Cumbria.

Latest figures – from May 2021 – show that the average salary is £35,219 and the average property price is £215,230.

The list of the county’s most expensive streets has been compiled by Varbes, which offers insights to help with financial planning.
It comes as no surprise that streets in the heart of the Lake District take the top 10 spots.
