Emergency services were called to a collision in Penrith town centre on Tuesday.
Police were called at around 4.35 pm to the incident at the junction of King Street and Old London Road.
It involved a pushbike and a car.
The cyclist, a woman in her 50s, was taken to the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle with injuries described as non-life-threatening.
The road was closed while emergency services were at the scene.
