PFK is pleased to announce the appointment of James Morgan to our land agency and professional services team as a graduate land agent.
James grew up on the Suffolk coast attending the Royal Hospital School, near Ipswich, on the Holbrook peninsula and completed his university degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University.
James has thoroughly enjoyed his first few weeks at PFK and is very excited to be working in an environment that is “client-focused” and tailors it’s professional services according to the client’s need.
James has also found that “settling in” has been a very easy process due to the helpful and friendly team at PFK.
James feels that his passion for the countryside and involvement in country sports, being a keen shot and sportsman, has had a significant impact on his decision to pursue a career in land agency.
He firmly believes that joining PFK at this time of great change, with ELM coming on stream, is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the next chapter of land management. James is eager to get to know the clients and looks forward to working with them.
David Stout, head of land agency, said: “We are delighted to welcome James into our growing team at a time of great change within the rural sector, when the provision of good advice to existing and future clients has never been greater.
“James greatly enjoyed the year he spent on placement in our area, being keen to return on completion of his degree, so will be a natural fit for the department as he sets out on his career in Land Agency.
“He will add greatly to the business and the range of services we provide throughout the area.”
