An Eden takeaway has been handed a new zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Little Indiagate, at 9 Burrowgate, Penrith was given the minimum score after assessment on September 30, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
It means that of Eden’s 30 takeaways with ratings, 25 have ratings of five and one has a zero rating.
The Cake Cart, a takeaway at Old Smithy, Caldbeck, was given a score of five out of five on October 11.
