
Crews from Penrith on-call firefighters proudly received their King’s Coronation medals, presented by area manager Stuart Hook at a ceremony on Monday.
Congratulations went to the crew who received the medals as members of the frontline emergency service who actively contributed to the King’s Coronation with their many years of service.
Penrith currently has 15 on-call firefighters and is recruiting for more.

In an earlier ceremony, Darren Russell and Luiza Oliver received their 20 years’ service medals for good conduct and exemplary service which recognises firefighters for their dedication and service.
