There were smiles all round at Crosby Ravensworth today as the village’s agricultural show returned after being cancelled last year amid the coronavirus crisis.
This was the first of the Eden Valley’s village agricultural shows to go ahead in more or less its traditional format since the pandemic hit.
It featured a full section of sheep and equestrian classes, although the usually popular industrial section, which is normally held inside a marquee, was once again cancelled.
