Plants and earth from Penrith’s flowerbeds were thrown across the town centre streets – and the town’s Paddington Bear statue – overnight.
The town woke up to the vandalism today, Monday December 2.
Eden police said they had identified the person responsible and thanked everyone that came forward and helped them with their enquiries.
