Play area makes village “complete”

AFTER three years of hard work and dedication, Calthwaite play area committee members were delighted to officially open the village’s first children’s play area.

The committee came together in February, 2014, as a voluntary constituted group with the aim of developing a play area in the village for use by local residents, families, young people and visitors to the area.
