"High value" theft from Penrith store

POLICE are investigating a "high value" theft from Go Outdoors, Penrith.

On Tuesday at 5-06pm, 23 Rab and Mountain Equipment jackets were stolen from the Ullswater Road shop.

Three male suspects are said to have made off in a white Ford Transit van with a side opening door and an orange light on the roof.

The first man is described as white, in his late 30s or early 40s, with short dark hair. He is said to be of medium build and at the time, was wearing dark grey trousers, a dark grey pullover with a polo shirt underneath and black shoes.

Police say the second male is white, with a darker complexion, in his 20s with shaved dark hair and a beard. He is of medium build and was wearing a blue hooded jacket, light coloured trousers and white trainers.

The third man is also described as white, in his early to mid 20s with shaven brown hair, of medium build and was wearing a light grey Nike tracksuit hooded top and trousers and black trainers.
