Public praised

MEMBERS of the public have been praised for administering CPR to a man who suffered a cardiac arrest at Center Parcs, near Penrith, last Tuesday.

Emergency services were called just before 11am and Great North air ambulance paramedics worked alongside North West ambulance service staff.

The man was flown to the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle, where he arrived in a critical condition.
